Cancellation Policy

Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 60 days of the conference start date. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline.

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to wdc@globaldentalconferences.org Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference:

  •  Cancellation requests made 60 before the conference - full refund, less $99 service charges.
  •  Cancellation requests made 60 before the conference - refund 50% registration fees.
  •  Cancellation requests made 30 before the conference - NO REFUND.
  • Note: No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, natural calamities, pandemic, war or regional disturbance, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. or other conditions or circumstances beyond conference committee's control.

Substitutions

Substitution can be made at any moment. If you wish to substitute a delegate/speaker, you must notify us in writing at the earliest chance and at least 30 days prior to the event.

Transfer of Registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event by specifying the substitute's name, contact number and email address. Application for transfer should be made at least 30-15 days before the event. The registrations transfer can also be made to the next event (final decision reserved with the conference committee).

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
  •  Typically, the hotel for accommodation will require a certain amount of advance notice for cancellations without penalty i.e. 45 days before the scheduled arrival date. Our ability to refund hotel fees is constrained by the contractual obligations and policies in place with the hotel. Hence, NO REFUNDS will be offer towards accommodation cancellation after the deadline period.
