Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until February 26, 2019 with a $99 service charge fee. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline.

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@globalpharmaconferences.org

Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference:

  • Cancellation requests on or before February 26, 2019 – full refund, less $99 service charges.
  • Cancellation requests on or before May 26, 2019 – refund 50% of registration fees.
  • Cancellations requested after May 26, 2019 – no refund.
  • No refund for E-posters.

No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions,natural calamities, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc or other conditions or circumstances beyond Conference Committee’s control.

Hotel Cancellations

Hotel cancellations made after April 26, 2019 must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the respective hotel.
