Note: The attendee should be below than 33 years of age. This is the special registration fee for junior & trainee dentists, research fellows, dental hygienists, dental nurses and dental assistants.

Note: This is the special concessional fee for under-graduate, graduate, post-graduate students. To be able to register as a student delegates must present a proof of full time enrolment at a recognized university or college for both, the time of registration and during the congress.

Virtual Participation:

This option is most suitable for those who are unable to attend the conference due to their schedule conflicts, visa issues and others. Interestingly, most of the participants were utilizing this novel time saving option. We are offering an exciting new way to participate in the 2024 conference, even if you can't be there in person.

e-Video:

This option is most suitable for the speakers who are unable to attend the conference due to their schedule conflicts, visa issues and others. Interestingly, most of the speakers were utilizing this novel time saving option. We are offering an exciting new way to participate in the 2024 conference, even if you can't be there in person. Via Video Presentation, you can deliver an oral presentation (pre-recorded HD video).

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 60 days of the conference start date. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

•   60 days or more before the event starts: Eligible for full refund with less a $100.00 administration fee
•   60-45 days before the event starts: Eligible for 50% of refund
•   Within 45 days of conference: Not entitled for any refund

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Typically, the hotel for accommodation will require a certain amount of advance notice for cancellations without penalty i.e. 45 days before the scheduled arrival date. Our ability to refund hotel fees is constrained by the contractual obligations and policies in place with the hotel. Hence, NO REFUNDS will be offer towards accommodation cancellation after the deadline period.

Note : Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference. No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, pandemic, war or regional disturbance, natural calamities, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. or other conditions or circumstances beyond conference committee's control.
