All group registration must be done at the same time to avail group rates. Group registrants do NOT have to be from the same department, university or company. Group discount applies to 2-day conference only.

Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 45 days of the conference start date. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

  • Cancellation before 60 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a $99 towards processing fee
  • Cancellation within 60 days of the conference start date is non-refundable however eligible

Note :  Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference. No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, pandemic’s, natural calamities, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. or other conditions or circumstances beyond conference committee's control.
