Cancellation policy

Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until October 29, 2018 with a $99 service charge fee. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline.

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@globalpharmaconferences.org

Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference:

  • Cancellation requests on or before June 29, 2018 – full refund, less $99 service charges.
  • Cancellation requests on or before October 29, 2018 – refund 50% of registration fees
  • Cancellations requested after October 29, 2018 – no refund.

Conference Committee is not responsible for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, University conditions, visa problems, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. No refunds will be allowed in such situations if occurring after October 29, 2018
